# Hosting and SaaS service Cancellation Policy


## How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their web hosting service through one of the following methods:

1. Through their account dashboard at [your-website.com/account]

2. By submitting a written cancellation request to [support@your-company.com]

3. By contacting our customer support team at [phone number]


## Notice Period

– A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for all cancellations

– The notice period begins from the day we receive your cancellation request

– Service and associated charges will continue during the notice period


## Refunds

– Monthly Plans: No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months

– Annual Plans: Unused months beyond the cancellation date will be refunded, minus any setup fees and discounts applied

– Any refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method


## Data Retention

– All website data, emails, and databases will be permanently deleted 7 days after the service end date

– Customers are responsible for backing up their data before cancellation

– Upon request, we can provide a backup of your data before deletion for a fee of [amount]


## Outstanding Charges

– Any outstanding charges must be paid before cancellation is finalized

– Unpaid balances may be sent to collections if not resolved


## Early Termination

– Contracts with a minimum term commitment may incur an early termination fee

– Early termination fees are calculated as [your formula or fixed amount]


## Service Level Agreements

– All Service Level Agreements (SLAs) remain in effect during the notice period

– Support services continue until the final day of service


## Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to waive cancellation requirements in cases of:

– Documented critical illness

– Business closure

– Bankruptcy

– Other exceptional circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)


## Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email.
